Let me tell you a bit about this program. This program is for those of you who want to test the water so to speak - see if I know my stuff and see if this type of program will suit you and your lifestyle. As it says it is a kickstart program and it's designed to introduce you to the powers of consistent & safe/structured exercise and healthy eating. Within 2 weeks you will start to feel better and have more energy but it is weeks 3-6 where you will get most of the benefits such as fat loss and muscle tone and an increase in fitness. At this stage you will be feeling really glad you signed up and you'll be ready to continue your health & fitness journey with me - hehe...

3  personalised programs during this time, each one 2 weeks in duration. A number of assessment forms are provided after registration that you will be asked to fill in along with your health & fitness goals. I will then be able to create your program based upon what you tell us.

Personalised Eating Plan with real food and based upon your lifestyle and food likes/dislikes

This is not a stupid diet like the poxy Tony Ferguson diet or Opti-Slim or whatever the hell they call it. Here's a thought - if diet's worked why is there a new one the market every 3-6 months claiming to be the best diet ever? Wouldn't everyone already be perfect after the last 'best' diet they tried? DIETS DON'T WORK! Please don't be fooled. Our easy to follow plans will re-balance your metabolism, increase your energy & concentration, prevent the mid afternoon crash, stop you from craving junk, stop you from over-eating at dinner and turn you into a fat burning, muscle toning machine.
