Hi, my name is Neil (on the right in the pic) and I'm the owner of Inta Fitness - Personal Training, Supplements and Training Aids in Melbourne, in the suburb of Kew and I’d like to thank you for taking the time to check us out. On the left is Paul, my gun trainer and ex all natural bodybuilder, who placed 2nd at the INBA World Titles in the USA in 1999 and was Australian INBA Champion 1998 - 2001.

We are your local certified personal trainers and we can meet your every personal training need. We also provide an extensive range of personally endorsed health and sports supplements as well as the best weight training aids in the world to improve your training efficiency, results and comfort!. We operate from our private studio/shop at 146 High St, Kew and we also offer mobile sessions (we come to you, indoors or outdoors).
